All that has been mentioned is Internet Discussion Forums like XBhp.Com or Groups/Communities.. Its evident that the person who has written this story doesn't know what a BLOG is..!! Else he wouldn't have missed <a href="http://indian2wheels.blogspot.com/2007/03/economic-times-says-blogs-driving.html">My Blog</a> which is dedicated to Indian two Wheelers...
