Zapak ties up with dominos for cricket game promotion
Buy a pizza get cricket game free! That seems to be the promotional campaign that has come about after a tie up between Zapak and domino’s.
Zapak is giving away game cd’s which include their cricket game as well on the purchase of domino’s pizza’s. Now considering that zapak is an online portal giving game cd’s could be a move to test the waters in personal computers and console games as well. After all being backed by reliance means it has all the money it needs to venture into a market.
Arun Mehra, CMO, Zapak.com, said, “We have a promotional budget of around Rs. 35 lakhs for this initiative. We are promoting the scheme through internet, mobile and radio.”
And its not only domino’s Zapak plans to continues such promotions through tie ups with other brands like zod and lenovo!
Hmmm.. god help the gaming segment with zapak on the loose with so much money i hope some of the gaming pie is left for the smaller players as well.
