"Gold Sift" That is the name of an online and search marketing book which was launched in the capital by exchange4media. The book is written by Vikas Malhotra who is also the founder Mosaic Services and published by Exchange4media.

On the occassion of the launch Publisher of the book and Editor-in-Chief of exchange4media group Anurag Batra said, “The Internet is the future. Therefore, knowledge of SEO (search engine optimisation) and SEM (search engine marketing) are critical for business success in the new digital landscape. Gold Sift is an ideal tool for all those who believe in the saying, `Do it yourself’.”

Commenting on the book, Sanjeev Bikhchandani founder & CEO Naukri.com said, “The dynamism of the worldwide web is all set to change the paradigm of the way we do business and this book will surely pave the way towards learning more effective ways to reap the benefits of this medium.”

What do i say? Well isn’t an e-book a better idea? I mean.. If im into the online thing i read pretty much read everything online (which i really do!) so why would i go to a book store search for a search marketing book and then sit down spend 2 weeks reading it! I wont! But i guess guys who dont read online and maybe dont know much about online marketing (think of traditional marketing managers) for them this book could be a starting point.
