The Hindu Business Line: Hyderabad based Ybrant technologies acquired Mediosone an internet advertising network focusedon global consumer base. Ybrant has formed a separate business unit focused on building Internet advertising network to address international traffic online. Mr Brad Cohen will be the CEO of this new business unit. Its existing business of providing services and tools to e-Marketing has been organised into a separate business unit In order to offer end to end emarketing solutions Ybrant is scouting for two acquisitions in $30-35 million range (one is done, next may be followed very soon). Ybrant last year entered into a $5-million venture with Hula Direct, another e-marketing company that aggregates publishers
