The future of web is virtual with 3d browser

Mr Evans, senior VP, Boston Consulting Group (BCG).  talked to Economic Times about the future of the internet and how a 3D experience will form the basis of a Web 3.0 a decade from now

Some views of Evans:

  • But large corporations are merely scratching their heads and saying what happened there.
In the case of Web 1.0, large corporations realised that the internet was not a toy for
technologists, but it was a new channel for distributing products and services of many types
. So they entered it and the result is that every conventional bricks and mortar business
    today has some web presence
  • next major disruptive change in Web 2.0 will probably come with the use of
3D space as a browsing platform.
