Mozilla recently announced that its Firefox 2 Release Candidate 3 (RC 3) is now available for download to the public. Firefox 2 RC 3 is the latest update of the next version of Firefox, and it has incorporated several updates and bug fixes that are mainly the result of widespread user feedback. Firefox 2 RC 3 is available for download to those interested in trying their hands on the new version, including Web application developers, and the testing community. Techcrunch has reviewed the new downloadable firefox.

While Microsoft launched its IE version 7 which comes with significant security enhancements, making everyday tasks easier. IE 7 is available for free download at http://www.microsoft.com/ie for genuine Windows users i.e. you need to have a registered version of Windows and not a pirated one. For all those who do not have the registered version here is the download link. Its a 15 mb file.
