Gandhigiri now entered web world. A new website Gandhigiri.org is promoting gandhigiri. The site has came up with some really cool stuffs like Gandhigir Forum – for disuccsion , Gandhigir Directory – to promote gandhigiri related platforms , Gandhiri Blog – write ups on gandhigiri, And now they have launch thier much awaited module coined “Mission Gandhigiri”(where one can list his campaigns and get reviews / comments from visitors) The site claims to have around 500 members and average daily hits to around 10000+ …lage raho munnabhai!!
I feel the people behind the movie could have launched such a website right after the movie started getting popular and leveraged it to popualrise their movie abroad as Gandhi is an Internationally know name and personality. But nevertheless this just shows that the entertainment guys have still not realised the full potential of the web which can be used for both pre movie and post movie release marketing..
