Niche job sites - Who where why?

Recently GigaOm featured an article about the rising niche jobsites in the US and how popular blogs were providing job posting services.
I did my own little research of Indian niche job sites or job posting sections and came up with the following list with description of the sites..
Niche - Advertising
Agencyfaqs jobswitch & Exchange4media Jobs - Agencyfaqs is the complete indin advertising and marketing site and it also has a section on jobs known as jobswitch. One glance through this section is enough to know that the biggest names in indian advertising advertise here to attract the right kind of talent. This is surely and by far the most comprehensive listing of advertising and marketing jobs you will find anywhere. No doubt then naukri.com seems to have tied up with agencyfaqs.
Niche- IT
IT-people.com - The advertising campaign says "we are racist! only IT guys allowed" and thats what their site is all about as well only IT jobs (which is by far the largest segment in online recruitment). When i tried accessing their site i found that the domain anme gets redirected to itpeople.in so i am assuming they would be relaunching their portal with this new domain name. I wonder why they havent bought the domain name itpeople.com but one going to that domain name i found that some US recruitment agency Aquent had already booked it. There is a very interesting article in contentsutra regarding domain names. Anyways so ITpeople.in now is backed by a public ltd enterprise with deep pockets and huge marketing budgets (they have spent quite a lot on print and billboard advertising! one wonders why they never thought of online advertising)
Niche - Fresher Engineers Only
Freshersworld.com - This site has been around since 2001 now and is probably the best site for fresh engineers. At first their niche looks so small that you wonder how they would have survived. They are backed by a technology firm and have an alexa ranking well within the top 10000 sites in the world and infact they figure in the top 100 sites that indians visit. Lot of their traffic comes from south india which is a hub of IT engineers. On browsing their site i found that they aggregate a lot of jobs from other sites (something like what rediff job search or yahoo job search do). But in their case they focus only one fresher engineer jobs.
There were many others which could be considered average or in the not so popular or the upcoming list. There will be an update on this blog soon. If you have any others that come to mind please comment.
